The Saints officially released their first injury report of the week today for their upcoming road game against the Rams.

Five of the Saints players did not practice Wednesday.

DID NOT PRACTICE

DT Brodrick Bunkley (Back)
TE Josh Hill (Hamstring)
S Rafael Bush (Ankle)
LB Keyunta Dawson (Calf)
T Terron Armstead (Nose)

LIMITED

DE Glenn Foster (Knee)

Seeing fewer names on the injury report just warms my heart, especially when it’s not a host of starters we have been used to seeing this season.

The Saints have a huge task at hand traveling to the Rams to pull off a win, and with the Rams running threat of Zac Stacy, it will be really crucial to see how Bunkley progresses this week.

Also, keep an eye on Josh Hill, as he has proven how useful he can be in the running game, as well as a silent threat for the Saints.

As for the others, we aren’t used to seeing Armstead injured, but he’s been one of those guys who are just developing, and is usually a healthy inactive on Sunday. Dawson, Foster, & Bush all missed Sunday’s game against the Panthers due to injury.

One thing is certain, we’ll gladly keep having these types of injury reports from here on out.

Stay tuned, as always, to see the injury report for the rest of the week!
