Saints Release Wednesday Injury Report (Who Dat Dish)

The New Orleans Saints released their initial injury report of the week against their upcoming road duel with the Carolina Panthers. Here’s where we stand.

DID NOT PRACTICE

S Rafael Bush (Ankle)

LIMITED

TE Josh Hill (Hamstring)

LB Keyunta Dawson (Calf)

S Roman Harper (Hip)

Rafael Bush has been plagued by injury for quite some time, and with the signing of Eric Frampton, who was known most recently for his special teams work in Dallas last season, it definitely could be a reason we don’t have Chris Carr any longer.

Josh Hill & Keyunta Dawson have also been no stranger to the injury report, so we’ll again continue to monitor their status as the week progresses.

Roman Harper is back on the injury report, but this time with a hip injury. He was previously out several games due to a knee injury. He has not shown up a ton on the stat sheet, but continues to stay a huge part of Rob Ryan’s scheme.

Should the Saints be without Harper, along with the injured Rafael Bush, it likely means the Saints roll with Kenny Vaccaro, Malcolm Jenkins, Isa Abdul-Quddus, and the new guy, Eric Frampton.

It’s way too early to speculate at this point, but we’ll know more by Friday.
