Patriots may answer Brady, Welker questions tonight;Secondary, OL also in spotlight for exhibition
After two days of joint practices, the Patriots and New Orleans Saints will go at it for real - in a kind-of, sort-of way - when they meet in their preseason opener tonight (7:30, Channel 4) at Gillette Stadium. Triumphant returns;3 Saints happy to be back for a visit
The New Orleans Saints visited the White House Monday, which was a new experience for them. Yesterday, three members of the Super Bowl champs got to catch up with some old friends in New England. The teams will hold a joint two-hour workout beginning at 9 a.m. today before meeting in their preseason opener tomorrow night at Gillette Stadium. Changing in the visitors' locker room was just one of many things that reminded the trio of ex- Patriots this wasn't your traditional homecoming.
