This is not a prediction.
Repeat, this is not a prediction for how things will go on April 26. Rather, this is a look at how teams should draft if they agreed with my positional rankings and assessment of their needs. There is a huge difference between the two and it starts as early as the first pick in the draft.
I give Lamar Jackson going to Cleveland a 0.7 percent chance of happening. Yet, I feel Jackson is the best QB in this draft class and therefore should go to the first team that will consider a quarterback.
In all likelihood, Jackson could end up a possibility for New Orleans near the end of the round.
The only other rule? No trades. Here we go.
